Gold bulls are enjoying the resurgence in support as they continue to make higher closes after successfully defending the 1305 support level. Currently the precious metal is testing the 1325 level, which bulls will look to control as a first step to reaching 1330, 1335 and 1340 which would attract more bullishness as bears bail out and more bulls jump in. However, bears will still have the taste of 1305 in their mouths and will be looking to control 1325 in hopes of reaching 1320, 1315 and 1310.
